Greetings:
This message is sent to all AGD Group-1 end-users. Please do not reply to this message. If you have follow-up questions, please consult your organization's AGD Point-person.
All provider AGD end-users by now have received an email from Harmony Support that your production account has been updated. Please note: while your portal account has been updated (i.e. switched from field test to the production environment), it may not be fully ready for use until the afternoon of Wed April 1st. Remember that your Harmony portal ID, password, and password reset security questions remain the same.
Your Account is *not* Ready to Use if

you can login to the Harmony Portal, and see an Application link for SAMS 3 (not SAMS 3 - Field Test)

You are prompted for an Application Login (a second userid & password).
