Attached please find a zip file to install Microsoft SilverLight.  Microsoft is no longer allowing WellSky to host the download on the Customer Portal.  We wanted to share this file with you as a resource.

Password Management

If you or someone at your agency is unable to login to the Mediware Portal to open SAMS, please send a SECURE email to [email protected].  When contacting us, a clear, relevant & unique email subject line is most helpful. DO NOT contact Mediware directly as they will not be able to assist you.

The email should include the following information:

1. Your organization name, consistent with provider name in SAMS.
2. Your name (as the requestor)
3. Your phone number
4. First and Last Name for User Login Account (if different from you)
5. Email address for User Login Account (if different from you)
6. Telephone Number for User Login Account

Sample Subject Lines where AGD Example Care Services, Inc. represents your company name:

• Terminate User - AGD Example Care Services, Inc.
• Address Change - AGD Example Care Services, Inc.
• Name Change - AGD Example Care Services, Inc.
• New User Request - AGD Example Care Services, Inc.
• Login Trouble - AGD Example Care Services, Inc.
• Password Problem - AGD Example Care Services, Inc.

Help! My Dashboards Are Blank

Hello,

The Dashboard is blank, no information is showing on "Not started, "waiting, In progress, and "complete"

Coastline confirmed 2 consumers approved but not showing up anywhere on the dashboard.

Currently submitted 3 consumers.

The consumers are:

Prompted to install silverlight, but it's already installed

Issue: Silverlight is installed on my computer, but when I click on the SAMS link in the Harmony portal I am prompted that I need to install Silverlight (screenshot 1).

Delete Temporary Internet Files

This write-up describes a useful practice, part of a recommended slate of routine tasks to keep SAMS working smoothly. Also, if you report an issue with SAMS, AGD.Support will request you (or the user) perform this task as part of basic troubleshooting.

Delete Silverlight Cache (outside of SAMS)

If you have trouble accessing SAMS, your Support representative may ask you to Refresh Silverlight. While it is easiest to do this within SAMS, the technique described here is equivalent to Refresh Application Resources.

Reporting your browser information

Sometimes, while troubleshooting a technical issue,  AGD Support staff will ask you what browser version and Operating System (OS) is installed on the User's computer.
